Groupon Guests – Please Read Before Booking
Thank you for choosing Mayhem Rage Arena for your rage room experience! Before scheduling your appointment, please read ALL instructions below carefully.
The 10 min shown is between bookings, not your session time. Time is unlimited as long as you are breaking stuff.(Square won't let us hide that, sorry)
1. Location
We are located in the back right corner of the property.

2. How Your Groupon Credit Works
Each Groupon includes $20 per person in breakable credits.
Examples:
• Bought 4 passes = $80 in breakable credit
• Stay within your credit = You pay nothing extra
• Go over your credit = You simply pay the difference
BONUS: You also receive 15% off all additional items purchased beyond your credit!
3. Booking Your Appointment (Very Important)
Please book ONE (1) reservation for your entire group.
✔ Even if Groupons were purchased separately
✔ Even if different people bought them
✔ As long as you’re smashing together
Just make one appointment and include the total number of people in the notes section.
4. Groupon Redemption Requirement
You MUST have access to your Groupon account (website or app) at check-in.
We redeem directly through Groupon.
We cannot accept:
• Screenshots
• Emails
• Bank statements
• Printed copies
It must be redeemed from the Groupon site/app.
5. Breakable Item Pricing Guide
Your credit can be used toward any of the following:
• One & Done Items (Break on Impact): $2–$12 each
Bottles, jars, glasses, plates, antiques, etc.
• Heavy-Duty / Teamwork Items: $25–$200+
TVs, windshields, laptops, car parts, printers, electronics, washers, etc.
Most popular experience average: Around $75 total
Large/heavy specialty items: $200+
6. Bringing Your Own Items (Optional)
You may bring items to break, but there are limits and rules.

There is a 30-minute time limit if bringing your own items.
Note: You already receive breakable credit with your Groupon, so bringing items is completely optional.
