FAQs
(make sure you click on each category)
- 01HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Unlike traditional rage rooms that charge for time, room rental, gear, or cleanup, we don’t! Mayhem offers Free rooms Free protective gear Free weapons No time limit while you’re actively breaking No cleanup fees Free bottled water AC in every room Even a bidet in the bathroom You only pay for the items you choose to break. Many rage rooms give you a short time limit, a room full of already-beat-up items, and a pre selected box of breakables, "some even charge cleanup fees". We never want time or money to take away from what you need in that moment. We don’t know what you’re going through or how much you need to let out, so you stay in control. You decide how much or how little you spend, what items you want to break, and how much time and energy you need. The only thing we ask is to be mindful of others waiting. As long as you’re actively breaking, take the time you need. Save the resting, recovery, and conversation for the lounge so the next group can rage too. Bring my own stuff? For $35 per person, you may bring unlimited glass items such as bottles, plates, jars, and cups. You may also bring small electronics, including LED TVs, monitors, computers, laptops (battery removed), DVD players, radios, and networking equipment. No wood, large items, food, liquids, powders, or hazardous materials. All glass must be rinsed and dry. Alcohol bottles must be completely dry. Items are inspected upon arrival. There is a 30 min time limit for BYOB on Holidays, Saturdays and busy days. Text / Call 844-262-9436 Current bundle (while supplies last)

- 16Sessions are technically unlimited, as long as you’re actively breaking items. Your session length depends on what you choose to smash. For example: A few glass bottles may go quickly A TV or large item will take more time and effort When booking, you may see a time listed on your appointment. Please ignore this. This is simply how our booking system (Square Appointments) spaces out reservations so everyone doesn’t arrive at the same time. Unfortunately, we can’t remove that setting. Your session is based on your items, not the clock. Because we have limited rooms and many guests waiting, once you’ve finished breaking your items, please exit promptly so we can clean and prepare for the next group. After your session, we encourage you to cool down, hydrate, and relax in our lobby.
